MET-097i
Developed by Pfizer
NCT06712836 · Phase 2 · completed
The study randomized 239 participants to MET097 or placebo and used quadruple masking of participants, care providers, investigators, and outcome assessors. XW003
Developed by Sciwind Biosciences
NCT05813795 · Phase 3 · completed
This randomized, triple-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 3 trial (n=664) in adults with overweight or obesity found that ecnoglutide (XW003) produced significantly greater weight loss than placebo at 40 weeks across all three doses tested, up to 13.2% versus about 0.1% with placebo (p<0.0001 for every dose).
