LY03003

Developed by Luye Pharma Group

Phase 3 in Parkinson's Diseasesmall molecule
Partial signal

NCT04571164 · Phase 3 · completed

The trial randomized 294 participants to LY03003 or placebo and masked participants, care providers, investigators, and outcome assessors. Its primary endpoint was change in the clinical UPDRS parts II+III score over 24 weeks, but the primary comparison and safety findings are not available, preventing assessment of whether the endpoint was met.

LY03009

Developed by Luye Pharma Group

Phase 1 in Parkinson's Diseasesmall molecule
Weak signal

NCT04593511 · Phase 1 · status unknown

This open-label, single-dose pharmacokinetic study compared four different formulations of LY03009 against each other in healthy volunteers, but included no placebo or inactive control arm and no blinding. No results have been posted, and because every arm receives active drug in a different formulation, this design cannot demonstrate a treatment effect once results are available.
