The trial was randomized, triple-blind, and active-controlled, with 468 participants, and its primary efficacy endpoint was a clinical tumor-response measure. However, neither the Part 2 objective response comparison nor the Part 1 primary safety comparison was statistically significant, so the results provide well-designed but inconclusive evidence for relatlimab.
