This randomized, triple-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 2 trial (n=280) in adults with obesity found that oral VK2735 produced significantly greater weight loss than placebo at 13 weeks, up to 12.2% versus 1.3% (placebo-adjusted 10.9%, p<0.0001).
