GSK573719
Marketed by GlaxoSmithKline
NCT01573624 · Phase 2 · completed
The study randomized 421 participants to three 14-day treatment periods and kept participants and investigators blinded, with active comparator arms. Its primary outcomes were lung-function measures rather than hard clinical outcomes, and the results were mixed: trough FEV1 was significantly higher with the 125- and 250-mcg UMEC doses but not with the lower doses.
