NCT04380142 · Phase 3 · completed
The trial randomized 145 participants to active treatment or an active comparator, with participants, clinicians, investigators, and outcome assessors quadruple-blinded. The primary clinical endpoint was met: least-squares mean improvement in “On” time was 2.72 hours with ABBV-951 versus 0.97 hours with oral carbidopa/levodopa, a difference of 1.75 hours (95% CI 0.46–3.05; p=0.0083).

NCT00491998 · Phase 1/2 · completed
The study was randomized and double-blind, with a planned enrollment of 27 participants and a comparison with standard levodopa/carbidopa tablets. Registry results were not posted at the time of grading; the key result shown was recovered from the cited external source.
