Envudeucitinib
Developed by Alumis and partners
NCT06586112 · Phase 3 · completed
Participants were randomized and blinded across drug, placebo, and active-comparator arms. A much larger share of patients on envudeucitinib achieved high levels of skin clearance than on placebo, with a highly significant difference.
Caveat: this result is taken from a company announcement or a news report of one, not from the trial registry or a peer-reviewed publication. Treat the figures as the sponsor's own statement, not as independently verified evidence.

TQH3906
Developed by Sino Biopharmaceutical
NCT06542614 · Phase 2 · completed
This Phase 2 trial randomly assigned 209 people with plaque psoriasis to TQH3906 or placebo, with participants, carers, investigators and outcome assessors unaware of assignment. The primary measure was the proportion reaching PASI 75, a 75% improvement in psoriasis severity, at week 12. The sponsor reports more than 90% reaching PASI 75 and more than 70% reaching PASI 90 at the recommended dose, but gives no placebo figure and no statistical comparison, so the size of the advantage over placebo is not established by what has been released.
Next expected readout: September 2027 · NCT07724366 (registry estimate)
