elecoglipron
Developed by AstraZeneca
NCT06579092 · Phase 2 · completed
This randomised, triple-blind, placebo-controlled trial in 310 adults living with obesity or overweight reported a 10.5% reduction in body weight on elecoglipron 75 mg against 0.6% on placebo at 26 weeks.
