Head-to-head evidence
deucravacitinib vs TQH3906
Same mechanism, same race: design-graded trial evidence for both assets, with the grading rationale shown. Grades describe the quality of the evidence, never the merits of either security.

Marketed by Bristol-Myers Squibb
NCT03611751 · Phase 3 · completed
This was a randomized, quadruple-blind, placebo- and active-controlled trial of 1,020 participants. Both primary clinical endpoints at week 16 were met: deucravacitinib produced significantly more participants with sPGA 0/1 and PASI 75 responses than placebo.

TQH3906
Developed by Sino Biopharmaceutical
NCT06542614 · Phase 2 · completed
This Phase 2 trial randomly assigned 209 people with plaque psoriasis to TQH3906 or placebo, with participants, carers, investigators and outcome assessors unaware of assignment. The primary measure was the proportion reaching PASI 75, a 75% improvement in psoriasis severity, at week 12. The sponsor reports more than 90% reaching PASI 75 and more than 70% reaching PASI 90 at the recommended dose, but gives no placebo figure and no statistical comparison, so the size of the advantage over placebo is not established by what has been released.
Next expected readout: September 2027 · NCT07724366 (registry estimate)
