Daratumumab
Marketed by Johnson & Johnson
NCT02076009 · Phase 3 · completed
This was a large randomized, open-label trial with an active comparator, enrolling 286 participants in the daratumumab group and 283 in the control group. Progression-free survival was the hard clinical primary endpoint, but the registry does not report a complete treatment comparison or statistical significance for it, so the result cannot be clearly classified as met.
Next expected readout: October 2026 · NCT06140966 (registry estimate)
Isatuximab
Marketed by Sanofi
NCT02990338 · Phase 3 · completed
Participants were randomized 1:1 to isatuximab plus pomalidomide and dexamethasone or pomalidomide and dexamethasone alone, but the study was open-label rather than double-blind. The primary clinical endpoint, progression-free survival, was met: median survival was 11.53 versus 6.47 months, with a hazard ratio of 0.596 and p=0.0005.
Next expected readout: November 2026 · NCT06517017 (registry estimate)
