Head-to-head evidence
CX11 vs DD01
Same mechanism, same race: design-graded trial evidence for both assets, with the grading rationale shown. Grades describe the quality of the evidence, never the merits of either security.

CX11
Developed by Corxel Pharmaceuticals
NCT07011797 · Phase 2 · completed
In this randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 2 trial, 250 adults with obesity were assigned to CX11 at several doses or placebo for 26 weeks, with follow-up to 36 weeks. The company reported that the trial's weight-loss primary endpoints were met, with weight loss reaching up to 11.5% by week 36 and continuing without a plateau; gastrointestinal side effects were the most common safety finding.

DD01
Developed by D&D Pharmatech and partners
NCT06410924 · Phase 2 · completed
This randomized, triple-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 2 trial enrolled 67 people with fatty liver disease and measured the proportion who achieved at least a 30% reduction in liver fat, measured by MRI scan, after 12 weeks. DD01 met this imaging-based endpoint far more often than placebo (75.8% vs 11.8%), though liver-fat reduction on imaging is an earlier marker of benefit rather than the biopsy-confirmed liver-disease improvement that later-stage trials assess.
