CPT31

Developed by Navigen

Phase 1 in HIVD-peptide
Partial signal

NCT04672083 · Phase 1 · completed

The study randomly assigned healthy volunteers to CPT31 or matching placebo and blinded participants, care providers, investigators, and outcome assessors, which are the hallmarks of a well-controlled study. It reported that no participant in any group, active or placebo, had a serious adverse event, but the study measured only safety and drug levels in healthy volunteers rather than any HIV outcome.

LP-98

Developed by Shanxi Kangbao Biological Product

Phase 1/2 in HIVPeptide (fusion inhibitor)
Partial signal

NCT06560489 · Phase 1/2 · completed

The study randomly assigned 40 participants to four blinded LP-98 dose groups, but it did not include a placebo or active-control arm. Its primary outcomes were laboratory, vital-sign, and electrocardiographic measures rather than hard clinical outcomes, and the primary results are not yet available.
