KSI-301

Developed by Kodiak Sciences Inc.

Phase 3 in Age-Related Macular Degenerationmonoclonal antibody
Reliable signal

NCT04964089 · Phase 3 · completed

This was a randomized, triple-masked, active-controlled trial with 276 participants receiving KSI-301 and 281 receiving aflibercept. The hard clinical primary endpoint, change in best-corrected visual acuity, met the prespecified non-inferiority criterion: the adjusted difference was -2.1 ETDRS letters (95% CI -3.88 to -0.29; p=0.0083).
