This was a large, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial of 660 participants. The primary clinical endpoint was met for both 2 mg and 4 mg baricitinib: 11.4% and 16.8% achieved the specified IGA response versus 4.8% with placebo, with statistically significant comparisons.
