This was a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial in 449 patients; the primary endpoint, ACR20 response at week 12 (a validated rheumatoid-arthritis disease-activity measure), was significantly higher with both filgotinib doses than placebo (66.0% and 57.5% vs 31.1%, both p<0.001).
